Our legal services to employers address the full spectrum of employment and labor law issues, from providing practical advice and counseling to defending or instituting lawsuits. Our experience in E&L covers the following areas:
- preventive legal counseling services on labor matters, including  auditing personnel practices, drafting employment contracts and regulations;
- legal escorting for employers on virtually all sorts of labor issues, such as hiring, firing, discipline, overtime, leaves of absence, substance abuse, wage and hour laws, etc.;
- legal defense of the interests of employers on all labor maters, including defense against trade union organization campaigns, negotiating and administering collective labor agreements, elaboration of responding strategies to pickets and boycotts;
- representing the employers in lawsuits and administrative proceedings on the full range of employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination, breach of employment agreements, defamation, etc.
